The charts on pages 185-190 look very unprofessional as compared to the rest of the chapter and the document as a whole. As one who cosistantly stuggles with text boxes in word, I can appreciate the difficulty of making these charts look professional, but surely a University of our size has someone who can make them more aestetically pleasing.
